It’s important to drink lots of water. It keeps your skin hydrated. Remember skin is made up mostly of water. Speaking of liquids, limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol. All in moderationshould be your motto. Include lots of liquids like fruit juices and drinks. Many fruits contain anti-oxidants which are so important. Follow a regular skin care routine. Try to stay consistent with products when cleansing and moisturizing your skin. Do it regularly as you need to keep your skin clean. Know what your skin type is and if it’s oily, use products that deal with that, if it’s dry use products that add moisture.
Exercise regularly as it promotes blood flow and the sweating is great for skin as it remove the impurities and keeps the pores open and clean. Avoid extreme temperatures as this effects skin.

Always remember that anything you put on your skin is slightly absorbed. Avoid synthetic fragrances, petroleum based products and chemical preservatives. Women Are Makeup Addicts, And It's Killing Careers
We brought you the news that makeup makes you appear more trustworthy of recent, but one study now reveals that cosmetic dependence is a serious sign of female insecurity. New research from the Harris poll has found that 44% of women wear makeup because they feel ugly without it.

The study, conducted on behalf of a foundation that researches eating disorders, also found that most women start wearing makeup before age 13. That means pre-teens who are dabbing on foundation and mascara will likely become insecure without it in the long run.
Plenty of women in the workforce rely on makeup to make them appear more presentable and, as we reported, trustworthy. But according to a poll conducted in the U.K., one third of all bosses (men and women) believe their female employees wear too much makeup.
